This machine is mainly used for oil extraction processing of materials with oil content higher than 15% andabove, such as peanuts, sesame, walnuts, palm kernels, sunflower seeds, etc.
1.The extrusion pressure is high, the oil output rate is high, and the residual oil rate of the cake can be reduced to below 8%;
2.It is mainly composed of electrical control, automatic heating, adjustment, transmission and vacuum oil filtering components, with a simple structure and easy maintenance;
3.The screw press and press chamber are madeof 20CrMnTi, and then carburized to enhance the surface hardness, high wear resistance and long service life;
4.Using 6-stage motor drive, with large torque, low speed and low noise.
